back spasms during early pregnancy
I'm almost 10 weeks and have been having back spasms like every day. A heating pad on my lower back usually takes care of it but I just want to make sure it's normal to have them this early. Any suggestions?
I'm 19w and have back spasms too. Sometimes they hurt like hellllllll I think it's normal. Hang in there!
