I believe it's the right side that the blood goes threw great.. Cuz the left is we're all the blood flows mostly and sleeping on left side slows it down

My baby is in a position where he mostly only kicks my left side.....so im much more comfortable laying on my right.....i really dont think thats true

The left side it said to be best but the right is also okay. Sleeping on your back can make baby cut off circulation to your legs while you sleep.

my son is 14months old and while I was pregnant with him I slept on my back and both sides all the time. He is perfectly healthy, sleeping on your left side is said to be the best position to sleep in while pregnant, it helps keep blood flowing easily to your legs and helps the placenta keep all the good stuff flowing to your baby.
