birthing class
So u feel stupid asking this but I want to go to a birthing class and it said to bring 2 birthing pillows. Are those special or are they Like a normal pillow
Normal pillows are fine I think. Thy are to prop and support your body. So a firmer pillow works best. At least this was true for my birth class.
