Doctors don't know how far along I am

I have no idea how far along I am and it's frustrating! I've had 3 different doctors tell me something different all this week. First they tell me I'm 17 wks then 19 and now 20. Is there any way I can find out for sure how far along I am?!

Same thing happened to me. First trimester ultrasound is most accurate. I had a period in august missed it in September and got pregnant in October. The first ultrasound I went to they thought I was 10 weeks but they couldn't see anything. So I went back a month later and baby was measuring 8 weeks. I'm now 37 weeks and no baby yet. If they went by my LMP dates I should have had the baby 6 weeks ago.

The best way to go is by Ur last period. On an ultra sound they measure the size of the baby but baby can measure big or small. So Ur "due date" can be off. It's frustrating.. W baby 1, they changed my due date  3 times bcuz I'm petite & my belly was measuring small-still had a very healthy 8lb boy. Now my 3rd they changed it once by a wk. just stay as healthy as possible. & really a due date is more of a guess bcuz the baby will come whenever it's ready. Whether it's 2 wks early or 2 wks late.

I know it was definitely January 5th. I didn't have a menstrual cycle in February and I found out I was pregnant March 15th.

Doctor's normally go by last menstrual period like stated  above babies grow at different rates one month they can be measuring over 2 weeks ahead then by your next visit they are measuring right on time you don't even remember the month your last period was in?

I don't know when my last menstrual period was, well I do but they say it's not correct because it would've been further along. I had an ultrasound yesterday and she said The baby was measuring 18wks 4 days but 2 weeks ago I went to the doctor and he was feeling around my stomach and said I was 19 weeks.

Go by your last menstrual period. All babies grow at a different rate your baby could be larger at 17 weeks saying 19 weeks and then it can slow down in growth.
