Completed mine almost a week ago! 28 weeks today!
Who has or is going to have a birth plan? If you've had one before did you go by it? This is my first time doing one but my third baby.
I have those things ypu just said. I included I wanted to labor in the tub, birthing ball, be able to walk, have minimal time hooked up to machines. Also I requested that they refuse me drugs if I asked since I'm going natural. I am to give birth on my hands and knees. I also wrote who I wanted in birth room and who wasn't allowed. I requested to have delayed cord cutting also.
I think I'll be doing one. what is yours? I mean I have a plan but havemt apped it out. I know I want it natural no drugs and not laboring on my back since its the worst position. And I won't induce before 41+4
