this may sound silly :(

How do you know labor is really starting? Last night I was having terrible back pains and cramping, my stomach was upset, I was nauseous and felt really strange. Unlike anything I've felt before. I live about half hour from the hospital,  so I wanted to make sure I was in labor before going. I ended up falling asleep. I woke up and still have some of the pains but not as severe. I also started leaking colostrum yesterday. Im 35+1 but measuring a week ahead.
