I like Clysta, haven't exactly heard of lifting the uterus before.  However, my question to you is, what exactly do you mean by that.  Is there some type of procedure you are talking about in order for the dr to do that?  I do know that with an ultra sound, they can push on your stomach and uterus in different directions to try and get a better heartbeat and picture.  If that is what you are talking about then that is very normal and in no way risky.

I've never heard of lifting a uterus before. I'm not even sure how it's possible. The only ways to hear a heartbeat (that I'm familiar with) is ultrasound and doppler and maybe a stethoscope when you're late into pregnancy.
