Do you have to go online and order murad products or can you go to a store and get them?
Also, soap is the worst thing to use on your face ladies!! Get some cleansers!! :))
I am an esthetician and my face was beautiful before pregnancy. Now i am breaking out around the jaw and chin are which is normal due to hormones but I use all murad products and it helps me. I would recommend their clarifying mask or gentle acne treatment gel. Both have sulfuric acis and salicylic acid in them which will not dry out your skin but kill any bacteria, tighten up the pores and heal the breakouts. I highly recommend it. It is pricey but works wonders! Clarifying mask is only used 3 x a week where as the treatment gel you can use every day. Good luck girl, sometimes hormones just take over on your skin and there is not much you can do. I hope this helps!!
My little 'secret' is hotel soap. I get really oily patches and the bar dries* my face out. I also use clean and clear astringent, works wonders!

I know it might sound silly but toothpaste? If you use it like a mask and let it dry out a bit on your face (like 20 minutes-to half an hour). It can actually work pretty amazingly, I used to do it in high school and I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to do it while pregnant.
Have you ever tried using irish spring bar soap??? It worked wonders for me :)
