I would! I got mastitis one more and tried pumping and was almost completely dried up, I produced 2 oz total when I was producing about 10oz the morning before.... I had a healthy diet and everything and have only been breastfeeding for 10 days... Now I can't and I feel horrible but I had formula and it was very helpful to already have it

Am breast feeding my 1 month old son exclusively. All you need is a balance diet and stay hydrated. You can also eat things like dried fruits, pulses and oats to increase your milk supply. Do what is best for your baby dont listen to what others tell you. The more you feed your baby the more milk your body will produce.
