My first pregnancy symptom were my boobs hurting and my nipples got bigger and darker I'm 32 weeks now and my boobs have grown a ton and my nipples are way bigger and darker. I guess my body might be changing more cuz I'm 18.

Mine didn't start getting super dark till I was atleast 20 weeks.  I actually was expecting a whole dark line around my nipple but both of my nipples got a darker shade allover and these light shaded circles around my nipple I believe they are called Montgomery tuberculs.  It's the raised bumps on your nipples.
