I heard that if your breastfeeding you gotta watch what you eat. That you can't eat hot Cheetos cuz it does I don't know what to the baby. Is it true?
It's good to watch what your rating cause you can pass on gas to the baby, anything you eat will transfer threw your milk, trust me gassy baby's are not so cute
