breastfeeding during pregnancy

Hi, I'm 15 weeks with my second child but the thing is my first daughter is 15 months and I'm still breastfeeding her.
My nipples are sore and they hurt so much when she *****. Any advice how to stop breastfeeding because I don't know what else to do.

If she is having breast pain while breast feeding its best to try a new method so you can be more comfortable

Slowly cut down the amount of feedings, 1 or 2 a day if you can handle it.Offer milk in a big girl cup "sippy" and 3 meals a day along with snacks. My son didn't want to breastfeed after 11 months because he was too into actual food:P she's old enough to eat exactly as you do. Best of luck to you!:)

Start the trasition slowly, 3 parts pumped breastmilk, 1 part whole mile and every week add more whole milk till she is completely  weened. Good luck!
