yes you can put your breast milk in the fridge i believe it is good for 5 to 7 days or you can freeze it which you can leave in for awhile you will have to check in on that. never put your breast milk to be warmed in the microwave always use hot water to sit your bottle in.

Megan,
I addressed your question under your post.  It's always better to get questions answered in their own post, many times the ladies here don't have time to read all of the replies so your question can be missed :)

First you need to make sure you have a HOSPITAL GRADE pump.  The kind from walmart and stuff just aren't strong enough to keep up a milk supply solely on their own.  Pump EACH time your baby feeds (and in between if you can) They say 15 mins each side, but in my case it would sometimes take a total of 45 minutes.  Fennugreek, blessed thistle, mothers milk tea...these are all good for boosting milk supply and are safe.

I have never been able to successfully breastfeed and have solely pumped and bottle fed two of my babies... one for 3 months the other for 6 months.

In order to boost your supply you are going to have to pump as frequently as you can to get your supply stimulated.  Once it gets going well, you can slow back down to mimic baby's schedule.  I would also suggest speaking wtih a lactation constultant.

Real oatmeal, non-alcoholic beer, you can take blessed thistle and fenugreek, as well as making sure you have a good quality pump. To exclusively pump, you also need to make sure you mimic a baby's feeding schedule. You should be pumping every 2-3 hours, for at least 15 minutes. Have you tried to get your baby to latch? If you can at all, baby is far better than any pump is at getting out the milk.
