I went to the store and bought some gell pads that you put in thr freezer and then i used the milk that leaked out and rubbed it around my nipples and that seemed to help when i breastfed my first son
yes, make sure you keep to whatever pumping/breastfeeding schedule you set because i got a breast infection from a blocked milk duct simply because i went to a dr appointment during my pumping time!!!!! i had to switch to formula because of how painful it was and it ended up being numerous ducts that were blocked so i was able to get much out. good luck just remember to keep to a strict schedule!
Pump a little before you breastfeed, sorry squeeze some excess milk out if you don't have a pump. The milk can Dry out really fast if your breast are not stimulated
Yea also I would ice mine & us lanolin on them.
If they are very full then y news to breastfeed or pump.
