YouTube videos. But hold your baby tight with one arm then with the other hand sandwich your nipple but do it over the areola not on then hit baby's bottom lip and when baby opens their mouth wide bring baby fast to your nipple never bring your boob to baby. The sandwich doesn't come to you right you come to the sandwich haha. And always make sure the lips are folded out and not sucked in.

It will be painful the first two weeks. Then it gets better. Make sure your baby's bottom and top lip is out

Try stroking baby's top lip with your nipple until baby opens his/her mouth wide and actually put your nipple in baby's mouth so that your boob is filling baby's mouth and they should latch on better. If that doesn't work everytime it's painful remove your nipple and try again, be very patient. My son is 3 weeks and only just learnt to latch on properly but now it's so much easier :)
