breastfeeding

I was told to start pumping to help my milk supply come in and I guess I over did it and now I have an over supply idk how to slow it down anyone know?

Everywere ive looked frozen breastmilk is good for 6-12 months. 6 being ideal but up to 12 is ok.

I thought freezing breast milk was only good for 2 weeks..? I'd look that part up or ask a dr first if I were you. Would hate to give your baby old milk!

Buy breastmilk bags for the freezer. I wish I had an over supply feel lucky. I wish my supply would go up.

You can freeze the breast milk that you pump and save it for baby. It's good in the freezer for 6 months. :)

Started pumping a day ore two after I got home from the hospital. Baby is a week and a few days old
