When should I go about getting a beast pump? And how do I go about getting one covered thru medicaid?  I want to be prepared when I have baby in plan on breastfeeding I'm 25 weeks right now when's a good time to get a beast pump?

I just got one go to a website called pumping essentials they will tell you what you qualify for I have medical I qualifed for a double electric breast pump they email you telling you to get a prescription from your docs and what the prescription needs to say then have your Docs office FAX it to them my pump came in the mail the next day :)

I believe with medicaid, they just require your doctor to fill out a prescription for a breast pump. I think its after baby is born but not positive so you should call medicaid and ask when you send them that prescription.
