I know it's 6 weeks for sex for sure . I'm guessing 6-8 weeks for exercise lol . Idk bout that part cause all I did was walked and worked . Or till your docs says other wise (:

I was instructed 6wks for sex, 8wks for exercise. I didn't have any problems.

Ya. I learned 8 weeks for vaginal birth so atleast 8 for a csection.

my doctor with my first told me 8 to 10 weeks cause of the stitches and muscles that they have to cut in order get baby out.
