c section scheduling?

If my baby measurea more than 4500 grams tuesday I may consider a c section...so what I was wondering is if I do decide to go ahead with c section...do you think doc will schedule it on my exact due date or as soon as possible?

I would definitely do vaginal delivery if he was 7 lbs...but I don't lnow what to believe. I just think he is bigger because I have gestational diabetes..I think doc thinks that too :/

The ultrasound could be wrong. My friend got the ultrasound and the baby was supposed to be around 9 pounds at 38 weeks, and she had the baby and he was only 7 pounds 6 ounces. Not sure how many grams that is.
