What should I do?

I have been with my boyfriend for about 8 years and it's been a up and down relationship.  He has a 9 year old son and me and his son has a ok relationship.  But since I've been pregnant he has been acting out a lot like saying little smart comments about the baby and I ve been trying to keep him involved but its getting to the point where I don't want to anymore.  This is my first child and I don't wanna have my experiences ruined by a spoil child.  What can I do about this?  It has caused a lot of tension between us and you know that can ruin a relationship.  For example he went to the last ultrasound visit and was very rude to the tech and once we left and found out it was a girl. My boyfriend was talking to him and said ok your going to have a little sister and that's what you said you wanted. . And he says I really didn't want anything.  I just shook my head.

Ladies if your child's father doesn't wana be there for their child let him be but remember what you created n give life too. My mom did it I am 19 years old without a father. I always said if I do get pregnant n he leaves I wouldn't  mind I am going to give my child the best life he never had stop Thinking you can't do it.. Than when the child's grow its her or his decision if they want their dad in their life.

What a brat! Lol dont let him ruin your happiness.. im sure when the baby comes he will adjust. Does ur boyfriend have full custody? If he has been with you guys all this time as an only child he prob will get a little jealous but over time it will get better. If he is acting out too much, talk to your boyfriend and have him handle it for now. I have a 3year old stepdaughter and she acts out sometimes but her mom has had 2 babies in the past two years so she adjusts alright and is really excited now about her new sister.. it will pass good luck and stay happy!

Find a way to deal. Hes not goin anywhere andthey are siblings. Id talk to your bf about it but be prepared thats his first kid so he more than likely will take his side. Ignore his comments and neg behaviors and they might stop.

It may or may not. If you can't do it then walk away but if not then just try to work on it with him bond with him I hated the fact that I was getting a new brother I remember telling my mom to flush him in the toilet I was 2 but I loved him once he came out. Kids will be kids hun

That's how kids are hun new babies seem like threats since they feel like the baby will steal all the attention. My own son is like this about his sister time to time. He'll get over it but just give it time
