I'm addicted to soda and have to have some caffeine in the morning or I get withdrawal headache.... So I have my cup of coffee in the morning or 1 can of regular soda whichever I'm craving in order to get my caffeine fix, then rest of the day I drink caffeine free coca-cola which taste the same as regular coke andi have been good :-)
I was addicted to caffeine before I got pregnant and I get migraines when I don't have any. So my doctor said go ahead and drink it that it's not that serious.
I drink a cup of coffee every day. Moderation is key. If you are craving more after, switch to caffeine free.
My doctor told me the amount of caffeine you'd need to drink to harm your baby is a lot. You are aloud 1 to 2 cups of coffee a day, and I've heard soda is fine as long as its not like all your drinking. I honestly wouldn't worry too much, but I wouldn't necessarily drink both in the same day
In the beginning of my pregnancy i drank a lot of pop cause its all i craved until my cousin yelled at me. It can cause still birth (caffeine) so i completely stopped the caffeine drinking. I only drink sprite & gingerale if i want pop. I hate coffee so thats not a prob for me. Id say try drinking pop with no caffeine. I drank a coke the other day and through it all up. Lbs
When I wanted coffee I would drink decaf. And as for pop try getting the small cans, or even sprite, rootbeer.
