calcium

I'm 16 weeks and 4 and I just started drinking milk is it a certain amount of milk that I should B drinking a day to make sure my baby gets the calcium it needs.

Dark leafy greens and broccoli are great sources of calcium.

You should be taking a prenatal vitamin. Pasteurized cows milk actually has little calcium and it's difficult for our bodies to absorb. It's good to drink, but a prenatal vitamin is much more effective.
