can anyone help

Im 6 weeks with my first and can anyone give me some tips to quit smoking ...I have cut done just dont know if I can stop completly ......can anyone help me

E-cigrette, lots of chewing gum, avoid smokers and 2nd hand smoke, it so hard cos smoking is every where especially on tv.

I don't smoke so sorry can't really relate but I do know they say that u shouldn't just go cold turkey because it's a shock to ur body which also effects ur baby when u withdraw, good luck tho hun

put aside the amount of cigarretes you want to smoke a day.. for example if you smoke a pack a day, put away 15, and smoke only them throughout the day, make them last the whole day, in a week, make it 10 cigaretes a day, then 5, then see if you can go without them.

i could never quit, i only smoked less when i felt nauseated from smoking, had 2 healthy pregnancies and babies, and know of plenty of women who smoked and had healthy babies, don't stress yourself too much over it. theres nothing wrong with smoking, just have a good diet, take vitamins and everything should be fine :)

Just get rid of your packs, lighters, anything that is smoking related. Don't be around smokers and don't go where people are smoking. Replace the habit with a healthy one.
