My boyfriend and i have been together for a while now and are trying to have a kid. I was just wondering if i could be pregnant if i had my period for 5 days then spotting brownish colour blood for 4 days after my period? my periods are normally heavy and last for more than a week. I normally have to change my super plus tampon every 2-3 hours. This period i just had wasnt that heavy at all. Could someone please help me out by answerin my question . Thanks

An average couple only has a 25% chance of conceiving in a given month so dont be surprised if it takes months to get pregnant.

Most doctors now recommend a checkup if you miss 3 periods in a row but are not pregnant.  Its very common to miss a period once in a while even if this has never happened to you before.  Definitely test though - those 2 dates should cover you.

25% of women bleed while pregnant but only 1/2 of those go on to have a successful pregnancy.  So...... its possible you are pregnant.  Take a test and if negative, repeat again in a week.
