Tea has less caffeine than coffee... Just limit it to a couple cups a day. Stay away from green tea and herbal teas (unless your Dr gives the okay) not all herbal teas are safe during pregnancy.
I drink tea everyday. But make sure you drink water because it'll make you dehydrated
Up to your doctor, but rule of thumb I go by is like 1 cup of coffee or coke a day. Sweet tea? I'll just have it at 1 meal.

There's a lot of decaffeinated tea. If you really want some caffeine, you can drink Green tea. Black and red teas have the most caffeine.
