can i eat fish
I've looked it up online and they say some fish is ok to eat like salmon but I've had friends of mine say its not ok?
Yes normally omega 3 fish,but watch out for fish that contain mercury and u shouldnt eat it too often,i hardly eat fish but when i crave it i eat tilapia.
