2-3 small kiwifruit a day keeps me semi-regular and not too hard
Eating too much fiber will kinda form a cork. You can try a stool softner they work effectively. I promise you are allowed to take them just no laxatives
Bananas normally clog you up more.
Kiwi fruit works for me and mushrooms and apparently apples and apple juice is good ad i was given a detox with apples and epson saltt before i was pregnant for my gall stone and alot of friends and family take it for a detox but i wouldnt recommend it while pregnant just the juice
Try eating bananas! That will make yu go! Or google it, or yu could go to a pharmacy nd ask the pharmacist what yu can have.
lol i eat alot of apples but ill try the juice also ! i even eat fiber one -&& nothing its like i dont ever make poop !

My doctor recommended Apples! I started drinking Apple juicy juice and I've pooped everyday versus once every week and a half.... My suggestion is buy some Apples and get some apple juicy juice! I promise it worked for me
i drink a cup of coffee with creamer and with in 2 hrs i poop thats honestly the only way i can
If you do an enama its best that a dr does it or a nurse. You can hurt one of the blood vessels down there.
Try an enema. Its safe to use and work pretty fast also.

Uuuugh those damn prenatal vitamins...i just ate a helluva lot of salad, (lunch)..and (dinner) broccoli, spinach, and anything else in the green category...i also cut out the sides (starches)@ dinner...but there is one they advertise in the baby mags that's safe..i think its called dulcoease..pink box...look into that..good luck!
