Benadryl helped me in the beginning.
Now im able to sleep without it. But God was it a life saver for me cuz I had severe insomnia when I first got pregnant.
I found a really comfy position and that's how I started falling asleep. I'm 21 weeks now and it's getting harder but I'm trying. Good luck.
Today I'm 27wks..yay 3rd trimester!!..sleep only gets worse, I lay down at 9-10:00 and can't fall asleep until like 1:00 then I have to get up at 6:45 for work. There's no way to get comfortable, the body pillow doesn't work. I had a breakdown at midnight lastnight, I'm so tired...literally..of being pregnant. I have 91 more days, I hope it goes by fast
Yess. All apart of pregnancy. I just recently started being able to sleep through the night. But I use to sleep for two hours then wake up and stay awake. Try drink decaffeinated tea or warm milk. That would help me go back to sleep
