They sense the change coming and are trying to mark their territory. Hard to believe but they love you and dont want anything to change or for them to leave. Kind of like a two year old who is bad for attention.
You could try facebook or a social pet site for your area too
My boyfriends mom is a vet, I've had them evaluated and they're perfectly healthy, she said that they are being territorial because they are both males its like they're rebelling against me and I don't want my baby girl around them.. The oldest one is mean.. And the younger one is just bad, and they were both really good cats before I got pregnant and after the younger one got fixed they just went bad it seems like..
Have they always been this way?
Wow I didn't know the humane society killed cats.. I have an adult cat and one who is not even one yet, I don't want them killed,I just don't know if anyone would take them, they're bad..
Not all humane society are kill shelters. The one by me is not, but the one in the city close to me is. The no kill one has a long waiting list so you should call and get your options soon if that's what you choose to do. If they are peeing in your house it's usually a sign something is wrong, usually a uti and you could take them to the vet before dumping them
Take them to a no kill shelter. Humane society kills them.
No kill shelters might make you wait a week or two or three to bring them but the humane society will kill them. Not many people adopt adult cats.
Try to find them a home before leaving them at a shelter. If you do leave them somewhere please make sure you ask the shelter if they are a no kill shelter
