Most things just assist with what ur body is going to do naturally. If u build up ur uterus muscles when it's time it causes ur cervix 2 thin. U can also try nipple stimulation which lets off oxytocin which causes uterine contractions. Red Leaf Raspberry tea is excellent for strengthening ur uterus muscles as well & has essential vitamins for you &baby. I would still stick to walking, birthing balls, & squats. All of that takes time & works well 2gether. Wish you well!
