Pregnancy symtoms, but no way I can be??

Are my birthcontrol pills making me feel like this??
Well this is my case, I have 3 children all from c-section on my last one had a tubal done on the c-section procedure it's been since september 9th of 2006, well have had been with my boyfriend for a wile and we had last intercourse on  March 19th and 20th well  April 5th had my period or tha's what I thought for 9 days and between brown and pink color and just used a very light pad just a liner for all those days, well I have been feel different tired,grumpy and sad at same time been over sleeping when I have had insopnia weeks before that , well I thoght I was having a tubal or so, so I got a ultrasound done a little more than a week ago and on the results they send to my gynecologist  said( PREGNANT, NOT TUBAL PREGNANCY PRESENT) what that it means, when she did a urine test in her office it came back negative well she gave me birthcontrol pills becouse she said my hormones where probably out of control, and started taking them since that day that was 2 weeks ago, well I supoused to start my period on  april 3rd. and no since of it till today, so much feeling floted, headache so hungry been eating like I pig and after I do I have a puking feeling, I  have been so tired and my  boobs are too sensible and my niple looks like different they kinda hurt like when I am ovulating or so.....I don't know what's wrong with me !!!! I am 33 years old and healthy, at least thats what I thought!!!

Well that was the last time I had sex w my boyfriend, and because my symptoms my doctor give my birth control pills to regulate my hormones, and yeah I had my tubes tide and I thought was impossible of getting pregnant, I had a long spottinglast month and this one I'm already 3 days late , am I going nuts

and if you are and you havent had intervourse since march it should shoe positive on hpt....

im not exactly understsnding your post.... did you have a tubal ligation with last c-section??? or are you just on birth control??? either wsy neither one of those methods are completely 100%... ther may be a small chance if pregnancy... maybe you could take hpt or go to your dr...
