What if you have to stay because you don't have the financial resources and he's been taking care of you then he drops you.. & claims it's not his baby anymore.: ( I don't know what to do right now.  He told me I didn't have to get a job or go to school right now because he'd take care of us,  I trusted him..  I've been with him for 2 years and I'm 17weeks pregnant.  Help me.  I don't have anyone to talk too.

nerdgoddess1991 said it perfect! Don't let the fact that he's supported you be a reason to stay hun!! Get out & see what your eligible for. Medicaid maybe a low income apartment since your pregnant wic food stamps etc! You can do it girl don't let that bring you down

Find and contact your local job and family service department to see if they can offer you any financial assistance- food stamps, Medicaid for health insurance, WIC for baby food etc... Don't be embarrassed. Don't let the fact that he once supported you be an excuse for him to control you either mentally or physically. It doesn't mean you are less of a person for seeking help as I know a lot of women end up feeling that way. You can do it! If you are able to also get a job I recommend call centers. They usually pay well and are not very physical

I know in my town they offer special housing for single moms also! They go based off of your income. Some people only pay a few dollars a month.

Start by calling your local department of human services office they can help you with food, medical card, and you should be eligible for cash assistance.  It's not much but it definitely helps when you have nothing!!! Also find out if you have a pregnancy resource center they can help with all kinds of things also! I wish you the best of luck :( sorry to hear this!!!!

You don't have any family or close friends that can take you in while you figure things out? Since youre only 17 weeks you could probably still find a waitress job or something part time until the baby comes, that's what my best friend did since her and her fiance couldn't afford for her not to work.
