I just made 9 weeks today and I threw up twice I usually only throw up once plus while I was taking a shower I became very dizzy and had to get out for a little bit I was wondering what this means and is my baby ok?

When I got dizzy that's exactly what I did and it helped but as soon as I got up the vomit came

I don't really know what it means but I was having the same problem a few weeks ago and I'm 30 weeks, so I asked the Dr what could be the cause of it and he told me it's nothing to worry about and just to not stand up to much or to fast and when I got dizzy to sit down and breathe.

Dizziness in early pregnancy is actually pretty normal, it's normal throughout pregnancy all the time, actually, especially in the shower, make sure you're drinking lots of water, and if water isn't helping it you may need to carry a snack with you when you feel this way. But the steam of a shower and heat will cause dizziness, it did to me almost every time. Drink a big glass of water before your shower. Throwing up is also normal during the 1st trimester, some women throw up all day long, it's nothing to worry about!
