chest pressure/breathing

I'm a ftm, 23 weeks and I woke up about 4 hours ago feeling like there's a lot of pressure on my chest and like I'm not getting enough air even though I'm taking big breaths. I know it's normal to have difficulty breathing as your uterus expands but when does it become something I need to see my doctor about? It's uncomfortable but I can deal with it if there's nothing to worry about I'm just worried about it harming my baby.

I have the same thing and mentioned it to my doctor. It feel like my belly is tightening which I'm assuming is a Braxton Hicks contraction and she said I'm having a panic attack. But I'm not "panicing"
It's weird but I know the feeling and it doesn't feel good. It's not hurting the baby or anything
