Can he really call them and have my baby taken away because of my cat? He poops on the floor every night for reasons unknown, we clean it up of course right away but we just moved and this place is really old so the AC is a wall unit and there's no ventilation, like air ducts. He really wants me to get rid of my cat but I can't do that :(

No they wont take your baby because of the cat pooping in one place but you should really be careful, you're not supposed to be around kitty litter while pregnant. Get him to clean the litter box. Its really not safe

Lol I would but he goes right in front of the door. And my mom cleans the litter all the time. We need to take him to the vet I guess

Have you tried putting his litter box in the spot he goes? Also, changing the litterbox might help, cats are quite picky

No the house isn't dirty or disgusting. He just goes in the one spot instead of the litter box and we clean it up. he doesn't even go on the carpet it's on the tile in the bathroom

The only way cps can come in and take your baby because of your cat is your house has to be in deplorable condition like finding animal feces on the floor or it being extremely dirty other than that no they will not take your baby away because of your cat

He is just trying to protect the baby probably.... I dnt think they will take your baby away tho
