I had a small ice cap which has coffee in it, for the first time since I been pregnant I think its ok..... Is it? Put my mind at peace...... Also when I go for my gender ultrasound next month can I drink a ice cap before I go or eat candy so the baby a move around so the doctor can see the gender?

Yup obe a day is good I think you can have 80mg a day. I also had a fv cappichino about 1,5 he's before my gender ultrasound baby was active and showed all the goods haha

Yet that's fine..its just recommended you don't intake caffeine such as coffee to much but I've actually drank a Starbucks coffee before and I was fine. Just don't make it a habit and also if you want the baby to move try drinking something cold and eating sweets
