cold/flu remedies Vicki vapour rub
So I am full of cold flu whatever this crappie illness is. Are there any over the counter remedies that are safe to use in pregnancy. I am also now worried as I have put Vicks vapour rub all on my chest and back is this safe. I've had hot lemon and honey but it only relieved me when it was drinking it. My throat and chest are so sore and worried about the effect coughing is having on my baby. I've also taken 2 paracetamol .
It's safe to use vicks. I used it throughout my pregnancy. Cough drops, robitussin, use a humidifier.
Idk if it's safe to use Vicks, but I've had a cold for couple days now. I have just been chugging orange juice. And drinking Green Tea.
