cold remedies!
What have you all done for colds? I got a medication list from my ob but the cold medication on it is very vague and one of my friends who is studying midwifery says the medication is not really good to take. I feel like crap and it's affecting my sleep.
I hate colds. Ive been sick 3 times already. Im 34weeks. But I take Tylenol and benadryl to help me sleep. Other than that you just kinda have to ride it out.
