Hi. So Thursday I started with a very scant brownish discharge only when I wiped. It continued for 3 days on and off. Today it is reddish brown and a little thinner. And have noticed just a small spot on my underwear. I haven't had any considerable cramping, just.the occasional mild stretching cramps. I am 10w4d. I have my first prenatal checkup tomorrow and I'm scared that it won't go well. Could this be a miscarriage? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I second sehale's opinion to bring it up at your appointment tomorrow, unless you are concerned enough to go to the ER tonight. Although not considered normal, bleeding/spotting in the first trimester is relatively common.

I had brownish discharge a while back and was told everything was okay. I'm now 27 weeks and have a healthy pregnancy. Just make sure to mention it at your appointment tomorrow.
