Yes! It can get worse the further into pregnancy you are. Try taking a probiotic with your prenatal (or better yet, find a prenatal that has a probiotic in it!). This should help with the constipation. Also, try to increase your water intake. You should be drinking water like you're preparing for a marathon because essentially, you are! Water will help with constipation, fatigue, kidney stones, UTIs, and... well, keep you and your little one hydrated!
