Aloe water, it goes like straight through you and it'll make you feel so much better
Hi, I'm a nutrition major, and I would like to raise some points. It's important not to take too much fibre. Having too much fibre, and not enough water may contribute to constipation. Are you taking any prenatal vitamins? Often prenatal vitamins contain stool softens, as the increase of progesterone that we experience contributes to slower digestion. This is a mechanism for our babies to get the proper nutrition they deserve from our diets. So taking some stool softeners, or even having a good amount of fibre intake while drinking plenty of water should help. Like I previously said most prenatal vitamins have stool softeners in them, so taking them may be the most efficient way to combat your constipation, if your not already doing so.
Psyllium husk is the active ingredient in fiber supplements. I take 1 tsp a day of it and it has been working wonders. I, as well, have been constipated my whole life. Prune juice works but it is so disgusting. Lol
^^^ I go through a gallon of milk a week... and I have muscle turds lol. Only gonna get worse after thanksgiving im sure lol
Drink a lot of milk it will help I had the same problem
My doctor kept telling me fiber, i need to eat lots of fiber, but i have over done it on fiber and im still severely constipated at 38 weeks... :/
Try going for a walk. Exercising helps get things going
The only thing you can do is take stool softners but not laxatives.
Eating things in fiber or juices with fiber. Try fiber one or oatmeal...it works for me
I have been constipated my whole life. What helps me is drinking prune juice,it's nasty but worth it. Lately I eat about 3 slices of pineapple and I go the next day with the juice.
