contractions....? PLZ READ
I had sex over two hours maybe three hours ago. Like 30 mins after my lower back and girl parts have been hurting like CRAZY. I'm not sure on what to time or how to time and this is my first so I don't know if the pains I'm feeling are real contractions! I'm 38w2d. Advice plz and if you have similar pain after sex plz share your experience. Thanks
I never had it but from what I understand instead of getting contraction your lower back hurts a lot with shooting pains and you can't get comfortable ( just like you described) you might want to call labor room n see if they want you to go in or wait to see if it doesn't go away... but I would recomend calling the OB department....
And I just tried to lay on my right side and pain started shooting across my entire stomach. I'm trying to get as comfortable as I can but it's hard
Try drinking water and laying on your left side... If they get stronger and closer together then it might be real labor if they don't it .might be a false alarm. Try to time them a good contraction lasts around 30seconds :) good luck
It sounds to me like they're contractions. I had a little pain after sex but never lasted over 10 minutes. I think it's 4 contractions in 20 minutes when you should be heading to the hospital. Good luck!
Yesterday nurse told me about this she says after sex you think your having contractions but its normal to fee like this it should go away drink some water and relax
