safe for full moon?

so I'm 36 weeks and I'm due august 28th. so tonight is a full moon and I've been told that it would be safe for me to see if the moon would kick start labor. I'm not in any rush really but i want to meet my son (like any expecting mom). when i was told it would be safe, i wasn't quite sure if it sounded correct. and i don't want to try it if its not safe. it seems like a stretch, what do you ladies think?

i dont think it matters if its a full moon or not, =) your baby and body will know when its time =). just think as your baby is still depending on you to take care of him or her and thats why they dont want to come out yet=). thats whats getting me through every day=). enjoy the last part of your pregnancy while you got it because once that baby comes there is no time for mommy or daddy its all about baby=). your just about done hun! im at 38w4d pregnant and i feel as if i dont want this pregnancy to end yet=P, and i have 2 more kids so this is my 3rd baby=). 1 boy and this makes 2 girls. congrats on your pregnancy hun. i wish you a speedy and safe delivery when ever you go into labor=).

There's no proof that it'll make you go into labour and at 36weeks your babies lungs aren't even mature yet..your baby will come when ready and tgeres no need to try and have your baby.before 40weeks

I'm not sure what you mean about safe for the moon to jump start your labor... 36 weeks is still a bit early.
