contractions or just random pains?
What can cause me to have tightness in my lower stomach for 30 secs then comes back every 10 minutes.
Im 37.5 weeks this is my second pregnancy but with my first i had silent contractions so this is new for me.

Not sure about chest pains but what you are describing sounds like contractions. I would call your doctor about chest pains.
