I woke up this morning and I'm having the worst lower back pain & cramps. Its been almost an hour and they still aren't going away. Could this be contractions or just some pain? Im 32+5

try drinking water and keep changing position as it could be labor or it could be dehydration. if nothing helps and you keep having contractions call your dr and they will want to see you to find out.
