Try not to worry. These tests are not 100%. When I was pregnant with my first I got an early morning call from my doctor telling me my baby may have Down's Syndrome. I was so scared I cried for 2 weeks until I got an amniocentesis and saw that everything was fine.
I have a friend who's daughter had a baby with spinal bifida. They chose not to do the surgery in womb (which is something to consider). They named her Sarah Joy and she's been an incredible joy to them. They said she has the sweetest, happiest spirit. She's now 2 years old and they just fitted her with a special wheelchair so that she can sit up and even stand with support and she's so happy about that. She loves to just watch her older brothers and sisters. They do physical therapy every day, I think, and said they see improvements with her every day.

I pray everything goes well with you and the baby. I know it's scary and stressful right now. I pray that God will comfort you and give you peace about this. Let us know what you find out. God bless you and that wee little one! :)

I am so sorry that you are going through this stress. You have to try and stay hopeful as there is still a good chance that your baby will be fully healthy and you will not have to worry about this. I know that it is easier said than done to stay calm and not to try to think about this, but your health care giver is doing what they can to make sure your child has the best care. Often times, these results come back and they scare the parents to no end and in the end its all good and turns out that the baby is healthy. I hope that you can find the strength to get through this tough time and stay strong for you and your baby until you get more news that is official. If your baby does end up having spina bifida, think of it as a blessing. We are only given what we can handle in life and these are the things that make us stronger individuals. Hugs for you.
