i have been trying for a baby since january but havent got pregnant any reasons to why?

It takes an average normal couple about a year to concieve. After a full year with no luck thats when your doctor will start looking into reasons why. Each month you only have about a 25% to 30% chance of concieving.
I always tell women that are asking the same thing Stop Trying. Atleast mentally. Stress can be the best birth control. I gave up on another baby after 5 months of no luck and by the following month I was pregnant. Best of luck to you

there could be numerous reasons, the simplest one being that your not having sex at the right time, depending on if your cycles are regular,  if you are young they say to give yourself a year of trying and if nothing then go seek medical opinion, if your having irregular cycles you could try acupucture as they can regulate your cycles/hormone levels, make your uterus baby friendly and tweak your overies. You could also try vitex as well.
