1st pregnancy... VERY rough and painful night, should i go to acute care?

Okay I am having a really icky night, haven't experienced anything like this before. I am 32w 6d pregnant and earlier this evening my back started to hurt really badly like someone punched me in the back as hard as they culd, now its a little lower like the curve of m waist, moeso on the right side. It hurts so bad I can't tell if it is a continual hurting or if it is subsiding and coming back.

I am alo having discomfort in the blly area, crampy, almost like an overly full feeling, I have had heartburn before during this pregnancy and I don't think it is that because I am not having acid reflux in my throat like I normally do. It sometimes is feeling like the wind is knocked out of me in my chest area.

Starting a few weeks ago randomly here and there I would get a pinching feeling "dow there" and I am prone to utis so I thought it may have something to do with that. After I didn't have any issues going to the bathroom I got online and found out it could be the baby positioned on my cervix or my cervix slowly dialating.

I also am experiencing this weird "gassy" like pain in my abdomen but I know I don't have to have a bowel movement.

My back is killing me and I took 2 max stregnth tylenol over an hour ago and have had a heating pad on low on my back and I can't get comfortble. I read about braxton hicks but am under the impression they aren't painful, just muscle tightening... so it doesn't seem like thar.

Is the discomfort of pregnancy really this bad??????? Is there anything I can do to help myself sleep? This is my first pregnancy and I am kind of clueless.

Pleaaaaaaaaaase let me know if this ir normal, if you have any suggestions, anything!! I am going crazy.

It depends. If your lower back pain is that severe u should call ur dr or labor and delivery and see what they think. At 32 wks its better safe than sorry hun. As for the feeling of the wind being knocked out of you, that i can say is normal for pregnancy. It sux but i got that bad! Just breathe slow steady breaths and try not to panic. Try taking a warm bath. Pregnancy is uncomfortable but not terribly painful until labor.

Forgot to mention some people say braxton hicks hurt but mine never did.(3 pregnancies)  also try taking a warm not hot bath.  That can sometimes help ease things up too.

How's your water intake?  Being dehydrated even slightly can cause a lot if the things you mentioned.  Drink a large glass and lay down for a bit and see if you feel better.  If not you may want to head in better safe than sorry good luck
