I'm approx 7 wks along and my breaststroke are super tender.. Anything to relieve this?
Lol. I haven't found anything except not wearing a bra, which helps but doesn't get rid of it, nipple cream (for.breastfeeding is great for sore or itchy nipples). Congratulations on your bundle of magic. (:
