I didn't get sleep last night and it's making me very emotional today and cry about all my problems and I can't control it. My 3 month old never cries and today she is crying with me. Like every time a new tear comes she starts crying. Somehow she's sensing my sadness and it's making me feel horrible I'd what to do.
I was up all night cleaning and decided not to sleep because it would be time to wake up soon. I think it's triggered emotions I've been holding inside
